Eleva, the largest educational holding in Brazil, overseeing more than 127K students across 22 distinct school brands and 170 campuses, encountered a fundamental challenge:
How could we effectively utilize years of vital academic data to enhance the educational journey for our diverse student body?
Our goal was to develop a user-friendly tool empowering coordinators and teachers to decipher students’ academic histories effortlessly. The existing manual processes were unwieldy, mostly utilized for critical scenarios like class councils or addressing academic concerns.
I engaged with over 50 stakeholders in various roles across brands with different average ticket ranges ($113 - R$1,133) to comprehend the tool’s necessities. This qualitative phase was complemented by quantitative research, validating our initial hypotheses on a broader scale.

With this functionality it is possible to have an understanding of the evolution of the student's general grades throughout their academic development. It is very useful for diagnosing instabilities or sudden developments in certain disciplines.
I designed a simple, intuitive version of the project’s core elements and established a Figma repository with spacing tokens, font hierarchy, button states, atomic, molecules, and organisms components.
Prototyping involved simulating screen flows and crafting a clear sitemap outlining the main user journey.
Schools with larger student populations favored bar graphs for ease of communication during parent-teacher meetings. On the other hand, bilingual curriculum schools found the radar option more suitable. The implementation significantly streamlined service creation, witnessing a 50% increase within the initial three months. Above all, the platform fostered a 50% surge in meaningful human interaction between pedagogical coordinators and students by granting swift access to comprehensive information.
